How to make

To make Nama Nori-dofu, add raw nori to the soymilk to enhance the flavour. Add nigari, and cool until it hardens.

Boil skewered maki ebi, and simmer with seasoning to add colour and to keep the sharp taste

Deep fry fukinoto and then plunge into cold water.

To serve, pour the kimizu sauce into the bowl. Place the Nama Nori-dofu on top of the kimizu sauce.

Arrange the maki ebi and fukinoto on top of the Nama Nori-dofu.
